To make a booking, you must:<\/p>\n
Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit.<\/p>\n
Once your payment has been confirmed, we will send you a Trip Confirmation email. At this point, your booking becomes a confirmed contract between you and the Company.<\/p>\n
We may refuse a booking before it is confirmed.<\/p>\n
The contract is between the Company and the person named on the booking form.<\/p>\n
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.<\/p>\n
Only a Company director can officially change these terms or approve a special discount or refund.<\/p>\n
When you book your trip:<\/p>\n
Your refund depends on how far in advance you cancel:<\/p>\n
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.<\/p>\n
We normally will not cancel a trip less than 6 weeks before departure.<\/p>\n
However, we may need to cancel a trip at any time because of circumstances outside our control, such as:<\/p>\n
If we cancel for these reasons, we will refund the trip price at our discretion.<\/p>\n
If you want to change your booking, contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
We will try to accommodate your request, but changes may result in additional charges.<\/p>\n
If you cannot travel because of a serious illness, injury, death of a close relative or friend, redundancy, jury service, or another qualifying reason, you may be able to transfer your booking to another suitable person.<\/p>\n
The replacement person must be approved by the Company.<\/p>\n
Prices that are not shown in local currency are based on current exchange rates.<\/p>\n
We may need to increase the price of your trip because of changes in:<\/p>\n
You are responsible for paying any necessary surcharge.<\/p>\n
However:<\/p>\n
Travel insurance is mandatory.<\/p>\n
You are responsible for arranging your own insurance before travelling.<\/p>\n
Your insurance should cover, at minimum:<\/p>\n
Make sure your policy covers the activities included in your trip, such as surfing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, rock climbing, or kayaking.<\/p>\n
You are responsible for your own belongings and personal property throughout the trip.<\/p>\n
You are responsible for making sure you have all documents and medical requirements needed for your trip, including:<\/p>\n
Any information we provide about these requirements is given in good faith. You are ultimately responsible for checking the current requirements that apply to you.<\/p>\n
Adventure travel can require flexibility.<\/p>\n
For reasons such as weather, local conditions, safety, transportation problems, or other circumstances outside our control, we may need to change:<\/p>\n
We may shorten, change, or reroute a trip when necessary.<\/p>\n
If a change is caused by circumstances outside our control, you may be responsible for any additional costs.<\/p>\n
During the trip, you agree to follow the reasonable instructions of our trip leader, guide, or local operator.<\/p>\n
Group travel also means that you may need to compromise to accommodate other members of the group.<\/p>\n
We reserve the right to refuse or remove a person from a trip where we consider it necessary.<\/p>\n
We work with local operators, guides, companies, government agencies, and other third parties to provide our trips. While we choose these partners carefully, we cannot guarantee their actions or be responsible for every loss, injury, delay, or problem caused by a third party, except where applicable law requires otherwise.<\/p>\n
You are responsible for following the laws and regulations of every country you visit.<\/p>\n
These terms are governed by Spanish law.<\/p>\n
We will do our best to provide an enjoyable and rewarding experience.<\/p>\n
However, we cannot guarantee that the trip will meet every customer’s personal expectations.<\/p>\n
For example, we cannot guarantee:<\/p>\n
Conditions can change, and your experience may be different from what you expected.<\/p>\n
Our trips may involve activities such as:<\/p>\n
These activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury and death.<\/p>\n
Guides and coaches can help reduce these risks, but they cannot eliminate them.<\/p>\n
By booking a trip, you acknowledge that:<\/p>\n
Adventure travel may also take place in areas where roads, transportation, medical facilities, accommodation, communications, hygiene, infrastructure, and safety standards may be different from what you are used to.<\/p>\n
Driving and road conditions may also differ from those in your home country.<\/p>\n
Although we take reasonable steps to use safe drivers and follow local laws, we cannot guarantee your safety in every situation.<\/p>\n
By booking and participating in a trip, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with adventure travel.<\/p>\n
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, guides, agents, contractors, subcontractors, representatives, partners, successors, and assigns (together, the “Released Parties”) from claims relating to injury, death, loss, damage, or expenses arising from your participation in the trip, including risks connected with the activities or travel conditions.<\/p>\n
This includes risks that may arise from the actions or negligence of the Company, trip operators, guides, or other parties, to the extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n
You also agree to be responsible for claims or damage you cause to other people or their property as a result of your actions during the trip.<\/p>\n
These obligations may also apply to your heirs, legal representatives, and successors where permitted by law.<\/p>\n
Please read this section carefully. By booking a trip, you acknowledge that adventure activities involve risks and that you may be giving up certain legal rights, including the right to make certain claims against the Company, to the extent permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n
The original terms state that the release agreement is governed by Moroccan law and that disputes are to be handled by the courts of Morocco.<\/p>\n
